采用原位聚合方法制备聚(2-甲氧基-5-辛氧基)对苯乙炔(PMOCOPV)/二氧化铁钛TiO_2)纳米复合材料.利用扫描电镜(SEM)、透射电镜(TEM)、X射线衍射(XRD)和热失重(TG)等方法对纳米复合材料的微观结构与性能进行表征.结果显示,纳米复合材料中TiO_2并不是简单地与PMOCOPV,分子共混,而是被PMOCOPV分子链缠绕包裹;纳米复合材料为分散均匀的球形微粒,粒径尺寸为60nm~80 nm左右;同PMOCOPV相比,纳米复合材料结晶性随着TiO_2含量增加而增强,且热稳定性提高.
Poly (2-methoxy-5-octoxy)-p-phenylene vinylene (PMOCOPV)/titanium dioxide (TiO_2) nanocomposites with different contents of TiO_2 nanoparticles were prepared by in-stiu polymerization and their microcosmic structure and properties were characterized by scanning electron microscope (SEM), tunneling electron microscope (TEM), X-ray diffraction (XRD) and thermogravimetry (TG). The results show that TiO_2 nanoparticles are not blended with PMOCOPV simply but encapsulate by PMOCOPV. The nanocomposites are spheric particles that disperse uniformly and the diameter of nanocomposites is around at 60 nm~80 nm. The crystallinity of nanocomposites is improved with the increase of content of TiO_2 nanoparticles and the thermal stability of nanocomposites is also enhanced in contrast to PMOCOPV.
