为了研究木材陶瓷的断裂行为及其影响因素,以山毛榉薄木和液化木材为基材制备叠层结构木材陶瓷,分析了基本结构、烧结温度、液化木材用量和胶合压力等工艺因素对其断裂行为的影响.结果表明:叠层结构能够使断裂裂纹偏转,有利于改善木材陶瓷的断裂行为.当烧结温度、液化木材用量和胶合压力分别为1200℃、80%和7 MPa时,制备的木材陶瓷呈现出较完整的叠层结构,并可获得相对较好的断裂韧性,其值是无叠层结构的2~3倍.
