本文对船板拉伸试样断口分层的原因进行分析和研究,通过试样金相组织扫描证明造成船板拉伸试样断口分层的主要原因是板坯中心偏析严重所致;实践证明,降低板坯中心偏析,可大大降低船板轧后拉伸试样断口改判率。

this article investigated and analyzed the reason of rupture lamination phenomena during ship plate tensile test. It shows that the cause of rupture lamination of ship plate tensile test is heavy central segregation of slab by scanning of sample’s metallurgical structure. Practice proves that it can largely decrease re-grading occurrence during rolled ship plate rupture tensile test by improving central segregation of slab.
