采用直接混合氧化法分别制备了丙二酸、丁二酸、苹果酸和酒石酸掺杂的聚苯胺纳米纤维,利用扫描电镜、红外光谱仪和紫外光谱仪对聚苯胺的形貌及结构进行了表征,采用四探针测试仪测定了聚苯胺的电导率,并研究了多元羧酸分子结构对聚苯胺形貌、结构及性能的影响.结果表明:随着多元羧酸分子链长度增加,得到的聚苯胺纳米纤维的直径、长度均有所增加,溶解性得到提升,而电导率降低;当多元羧酸分子存在侧链羟基时,得到的聚苯胺纳米纤维的形貌及长度有显著改善,电导率明显提高,溶解性则略有下降.
