采用成分、金相、扫描电镜、能谱等手段分析了中石油阿尔及利亚某项目中一台运行15 d即发生严重泄漏的凝析油/重柴油换热器. 水压试验发现泄漏处位于TP405材质管束的焊接热影响区. 分析结果表明管束热影响区裂纹主要为焊接裂纹并伴有晶间应力腐蚀. 该管束缺陷不可修复, 建议严格控制焊接工艺参数防范焊接裂纹的发生, 并采用晶间敏感性较低的TP321重新生产管束.

Chemical composition analysis, metallographic examination, scanning electron microscope and energy dispersive X-ray spectroscopy were adopted to investigate the leakage failure of a condensate oil/heavy gas oil heat exchanger after 15 d commissioning in a petrochemical project in Algeria. It was found that the leakages were located in heat affected zone (HAZ) of the weldment of TP405 tube bundle by hydraulic test. The results showed that the leakages in tube bundle were mainly due to welding flaws, and intergranular stress corrosion cracking as well. Because the above flaws in the present tubes cannot be repaired, TP321 tube bundle with strict welding processing is proposed in order to prevent the similar case in the future.
