通过金相显微镜观察,场发射电子显微镜分析和热处理等手段,研究发现低碳高硫易切削钢冷拉纵向裂纹的形成原因是:拉应力作用下,长条状硫化物断裂形成的微孔为裂纹源,裂纹沿带状分布的珠光体扩展。相邻呈现断续条状分布的硫化物颗粒在热轧状态诱导伪珠光体析出并呈带状分布。这种带状分布的伪珠光体组织可以通过热处理予以消除。
The origination of longitudinal cracks in colddrawing freecutting steel was investigated with the help of metallographic microscope, field emission microscope and heat treatment. Slender sulfides were broken into microporosities under the action of tensile stress inducting the crack. The crack extended along banded pearlite. In hot rolled state the granular linea sulfide was induced to precipitation of banded pseudopearlite. This pseudopearlitic banded structure can be eliminated by means of heat treatment.
