对化学气相沉积法制备的多壁碳纳米管(MWCNTs)依次进行球磨、化学活化和氨化预处理,探讨预处理方法对MWCNTs双电层电容的影响.结果表明,球磨、化学活化可剪短MWCNTs,提高比表面积和孔容,氨化则降低已活化MWCNTs的比表面积;电化学性能测试显示经过球磨、化学活化和氨化处理,MWCNTs的导电性依次提高,球磨和化学活化由循环伏安测得的比容量相当,高于氨化;放电电流密度由5mA/g增至100mA/g,球磨、化学活化和氮化预处理后MWCNTs的放电容量分别衰减了17%、27%、13%.
