以环氧改性有机硅树脂作为漆基,制备了磷酸锌底漆、云母氧化铁中间漆以及不同颜色的面漆,研究了不同漆膜的耐热性以及以磷酸锌底漆加云母氧化铁中间漆复配不同颜色面漆所得复合涂层的耐热性和耐蚀性.结果表明,以磷酸锌底漆、云母氧化铁中间漆和氧化铬绿面漆复配所得的涂层具有较好的耐高温防腐蚀性能,该复合涂层在350℃烘烤3 h后,耐冲击强度≥40 kg·cm,附着力≤2级,柔韧性≤2 mm.
Zinc phosphate primer, micaceous iron oxide intermediate paint and topcoat with different colors were prepared with epoxy modified silicone resin as paint base. The thermal resistance of different coatings, and the corrosion resistance and thermal resistance of the composite coatings obtained from zinc phosphate primer and micaceous iron oxide intermediate paint combined with topcoats with various colors were studied. The results showed that the coating obtained from zinc phosphate primer and micaceous iron oxide intermediate paint combined with chromium oxide green topcoat has good high temperature resistance and corrosion resistance. The composite coating after baking at 350℃ for 3 h has following properties: impact strength ≥40 kg·cm, adhesion≤grade 2, flexibility≤2 mm.
