分别采用传统三点短梁剪切法和改进三点短梁剪切法对扩张段所采用的针剌C/C复合材料进行了层间剪切强度测试试验.结果显示,改进的三点短梁剪切法很好地解决了传统三点短梁剪切法的应力集中现象,试件更容易发生层间剪切破坏;改进的三点短梁剪切法的测试结果一般要大于传统三点短梁剪切法的,更接近材料实际水平.对改进的短梁剪切法试验破坏试样进行电镜扫描分析,指出了发生破坏的薄弱点,提出了要提高材料的层间剪切性能可合理优化网胎层厚度的改进建议..
