对20MnSiV热轧带肋钢筋屈服强度不合的试样进行了化学成分测定分析，金相检验，并与力学性能正常的钢筋进行了比较。研究表明，化学成分的偏低是导致钢筋屈服强度不合的主要因素，并提出了改进措施。
Aiming at the unqualified strength of 20MnSiV hot rolled ribbed bars ,methods such as chemical analysis and metallographical examination，and compared the mechanical properties with the normal bars.The results shows ,the lower chemical is main factors which conduced to lower yield strength，and the measures were proposed.
