用DTA和XRD方法研究了高纯WS2在空气中的氧化机理,并用Doyle-Ozawa法和Kissinger法测定了氧化反应的活化能为100.1kJ/mol,反应级数为0.80.WS_2分子氧化主要以WS_2→W_3O→WO_2→W_(18)O_(49)→WO_(2.9)→WO_3步骤连续进行。氧化反应的最终产物为WO_3。
The DTA and XRD techniques were employed to study the oxidation process of highly pure WS_2. The activation energy, 100.l kJ / mol, and the orders of oxidation reaction, 0.80,have been obtained according to Doyle-Ozawa and Kissinger methods.The oxidation reaction occurs mainly in steps of:WS_2→W_3O→WO_2→W_(18)O_(49)→WO_(2.9)→WO_3(Correspondent: XING Pengfei, Department of Non-Ferrous Metallurgy, Northeastern University, Shenyang 110006)
