高级检索

采用固态杂化微波加热技术,以Mo粉与S粉为起始原料,45分钟内成功合成了MoS2纳米粉体.X射线粉末衍射、X射线能谱、扫描电子显微镜、高分辨透射电子显微镜分析显示所制备样品为单相六方结构,最终产物组份接近起始原料组份且结晶良好.实验发现,随反应温度逐渐升高,产物结晶不断优化,粒径逐渐减小,均匀性逐渐增强.
