对硫系玻璃的制备工艺及其性能进行了研究.制备出了致密均匀的Ge23Se67Sb10玻璃.所得玻璃的密度达到4.679g/cm3、显微维氏硬度达到1581 MPa.通过DSC测定,表明该材料的玻璃转变温度和开始析晶温度分别为261±2℃和402±1℃.通过傅里叶变换红外光谱测定,发现该材料在2~15 μm波长范围内的红外透过率达到60%左右.
