采用X射线衍射技术对IF钢、低碳钢和电工钢的冷轧织构和退火织构进行了分析,并结合文献数据分析了该织构的形核机制.特别关注了{111}〈112〉再结晶织构的形成、影响因素及其控制.结果表明,大压下量、代位原子的存在有利于{111}〈112〉再结晶织构,而碳原子及析出相抑制其形成.
