综述了基于磁性微球的核酸自动提取技术的发展现状,介绍了磁性微球的制备、磁性微球在核酸分离中的应用以及基于磁性微球的分离纯化系统,最后展望了基于磁性微球的核酸自动提取技术的发展前景.
