用柚子皮作为原料,以环氧树脂为交联剂,将聚丙烯酰胺改性到柚子皮上制得聚丙烯酰胺-柚子皮吸附剂,通过观察在不同条件下其对重金属离子Cu2+所产生的效果,探讨不同物料比、时间、温度对实验的影响。结果显示,当物料比为0.8∶0.1,在室温下20℃,反应时间为60 min时,吸附率最高。通过正交试验表明影响吸附的主要因素是物料比,其次为时间和温度。
The adsorbent of polyacrylamide mine-pomelo peel was successfully prepared with crosslinking the polyacrylamide and pomelo peel by epoxy resin and determination of the adsorbent for metal ions Cu2+. Then we studied the influence of the amount of pomelo peel,time,and temperature on adsorption. The experiment results showed that,when material ratio was 0. 8∶0. 1,at room temperature of 20℃,reaction time was 60min,would got the best adsorption experiment numerical, these factors are shown in numerical is the optimal conditions for the reaction.
