以大的试样样本为基础,利用显微镜、扫描电镜和金属原位分析仪,系统地分析试样中的非金属夹杂物和贝氏体组织对中厚板伸长率的影响规律。试验结果表明:钢中非金属夹杂物和贝氏体组织是影响伸长率的主要因素。钢中非金属夹杂物在种类、含量和分布上对板材的伸长率降低有很大的影响,尤其是硫化物和硅酸盐类夹杂的影响更为严重。试验结果也表明了条带状的贝氏体组织对板材的伸长率减小的影响作用也是显著的。它们之间有着较为密切的相关性。

The effects laws of non-metallic inclusion and bainite structure on the elongation of heavy and medium plate are analyzed systematically by means of microscope,electron scanning microscope and metal original position analyzer on the basis of the specimen from big samples.Test results show that non-metallic inclusion and bainite structure in the steel are main factors affecting the elongation.Non-metallic inclusions influence plate elongation reduction heavily in type,content and distribution,especially sulphide and silicate type inclusions.Test results also present banded bainite structure has a prominent effect on plate elongation reduction and they have close correlation.
