在连铸过程中,保护渣对控制铸坯与结晶器之间的传热和润滑起着至关重要的作用,针对过渡族金属氧化物对远红外波段光的吸收特性,本文对不同碱度和不同TiO2含量的保护渣的辐射传热进行了研究。实验结果表明随着碱度的增加保护渣的辐射传热减小;随着TiO2含量的增加,保护渣的辐射传热也减小。

Mold fluxes play an important role in heat transfer and lubrication between strand and mold in continuous casting. Because of the absorbability on infrared light of transition metal oxide, the infrared radiative transfer of mold fluxes with different basicity and component of TiO2 were investigated. The experimental results indicate that radiative transfer of high basicity is lower that of low basicity, radiative transfer is decreased with the component increasing of TiO2 in mold flux
