对一种高功率LED散热用封闭微喷射流系统开展了初步的实验测试,测试结果和简单的数学分析表明实验用微喷系统有较大的改进空间.为了改进该系统,利用数值模拟开展微喷结构优化.首先将模拟结果与实验结果进行比较,证明了该模拟模型的可行性.然后通过该数值模型对包括实验用微喷结构在内的二种结构形式的微喷系统开展了模拟分析,寻找到一种较为合理的散热系统结构形式.结果表明:采用流体单进双出的结构形式可使得射流更均匀,与现有方式相比,该冷却系统作用下的芯片最高温度可降低23 K之多.
