以2-溴丁酰溴与羟乙基纤维素的酯化产物为原子转移自由基(ATRP)聚合的天分子引发剂,在60℃引发甲基丙烯酸-N,N-二甲氨基乙酯(DMAEMA)聚合,再将PDMAEMA接枝到纤维素上.以此作为模板,在其水溶液中搅拌加入前驱体正硅酸乙酯(TEOS),水解产生二氧化硅凝胶并吸附在模板上,形成二氧化硅棒,通过红外光谱(FT-IR),热重分析(TGA)和透射电镜(TEM)对产物的结构、组成进行了表征.研究了pH值、TEOS用量、水解时间对二氧化硅棒形态的影响.实验结果表明,在pH=4,TEOS浓度为10mg/mL时,水解24 h~36 h,可以获得较好的棒状结构.
