实验研究了430不锈钢冷轧带钢在连续退火和等温退火过程中带钢塑性应变比r的变化,分析了冷轧压下量以及退火工艺对带钢各向异性的影响.结果表明,退火后430冷轧带钢在与轧制方向呈90°方向上的塑性应变比r90明显的高于45°、0°方向上的塑性应变比r45、r0,且r45和r0的值较为接近;冷轧压下量增加可明显提高带钢的平均塑性应变比(r),冷轧压下量从60%增加到84%,可使带钢r值从0.9提高到1.3;退火工艺改变并不对430冷轧带钢的塑性应变比产生明显的影响.
