The influence of the formation conditions including spinning solution temperature, coagulation bath temperature and spinning speed on the crystallization and mechanical properties of PAN nascent fiber, were investigated by means of XRD,tensile test and SEM.The crystallizability was weaken by lowering spinning solution and coagulation bath temperature, which improved the draw-ability of the PAN nascent fiber simultaneously with little influence on its breaking strength. And the adjustment of the coagulation bath temperature played a more marked effect.Increasing spinning speed was propitious to the drawing deformation for PAN nascent fiber, which effectively downsized the fiber's fineness and comparatively improved its draw-ability.
