应用电子探针和金相技术检测了腐蚀失效的水环式真 空泵叶轮，化验了水环泵的水样，分析了CO2对叶轮的腐蚀机制，认为腐蚀原因是电化学 腐蚀及Cl-点蚀，同时提出了预防措施.
A corroded impeller of water ring vacuum pump was ex amined with the electronic microprobe and metallography.The relevant water sampl e was also analijed.The mechanism of corrosion failure was discussed in terms of CO2 induce corrosion and pitting corrosion due to Cl-.Finally some suggests was postulated as precautionary measures for preveting such failure.
