采用等温差示扫描量热法(DSC)研究端羟基超支化聚酯改性纳米氧化钇(Y2O3-g-HBPE)对环氧树脂(EP)等温固化行为的影响,采用Kamal方程分析体系的固化动力学。结果表明:EP及EP/Y2O3-g-HBPE体系的固化机理均含有自催化机理;Y2O3-g-HBPE的加入使环氧树脂体系的固化速率常数k1、k2增大,同时使固化活化能增大。
The effect of hyperbranched polyester grafted nano-Y2O3(Y2O3-g-HBPE) on the isothermal curing behavior of epoxy resin(EP) were studied by isothermal differential scanning calorimetry(DSC), and the cure kinetics of the EP/Y2O3-g-HBPE was analyzed by Kamal equation. The results show that the curing mechanism of EP and EP/Y2O3-g-HBPE contain autocatalytic mechanism. The addition of Y2O3-g-HBPE makes the curing rate constant k1、k2 and the activation energy increase.
