以氧化锌矿硫酸铵焙烧熟料溶出液的除铁矾渣为研究对象,氢氧化钠为反应介质,采用湿化学法分解黄铵铁矾渣,以实现黄铵铁矾渣的综合利用.实验考察了黄铵铁矾的转化率与分解温度、时间、分解pH值、液固比的关系,得到较适宜的分解条件,并采用XRD、SEM和化学成分分析等手段对分解产物进行了表征,结果表明黄铵铁矾渣的分解产物为水合氧化铁,在烘干过程得到Fe2O3,但分解不完全,Fe2O3的形貌与黄铵铁矾近似,表面较粗糙.
