文中主要探讨链转移剂(CTA)十二烷基硫醇(NDM)和内交联剂N-羟甲基丙烯酰胺(N-MAM)的加入量对压敏胶(PSA)乳液性能的影响.聚合过程中丙烯酸(AA)与N-MAM对乳液性能的影响类似,当CTA的量不变时,持粘力随交联剂量的增加而变大,而180°剥离强度和初粘力先增大后减小;当N-MAM的量不变时,持粘力随CTA量增加而减小,180°剥离强度和初粘力则变大.综合考虑CTA的质量分数为0.06%,N-MAM的质量分数为2%时,PSA的粘接性能达到一个最佳平衡,PSA的综合性能最优.
