利用表面机械加工法在经过调质处理的CrSi合金钢表面制备了纳米结构层,利用透射电镜(TEM)和X射线衍射(XRD)等分析技术对距表面不同深度的微观结构进行分析,研究原始微观结构对晶粒细化过程的影响.结果显示,在细化初期原始的小角度亚晶界被演化为高密度位错墙,长条形亚晶被演化为含有高密度位错的条形位错胞;一些原始的小角度的亚晶界在高密度位错墙处湮灭;在细化过程的早、中期结构尺寸分布不均匀.在最表面层渗碳体颗粒发生切变和溶解,随着渗碳体颗粒的溶解,结构尺寸趋于均匀.分析表明,原始亚结构影响了细化早、中期微观结构的形态.
