为了满足我国高炉对铜冷却壁的需求,结合铸铜冷却壁热态试验数据、采用数值模拟的方法优化设计出一种价格更低的轻型长寿铜冷却壁。新设计的冷却壁改变了以往的冷却壁设计理念,将冷却通道放置在肋与壁体之间,通道、肋、镶砖平行,整个冷却壁在高炉内水平放置。冷却壁厚度95 mm,比普通铜冷却壁薄,导致高炉内有效使用容积增加,而铜冷却壁费用降低30%。为推广和开发新型铜冷却壁提供了可靠的理论依据。
In order to meet the needs of copper stave, with the help of hot test results of cast copper stave and numerical simulation, a fundamental optimum new design, low cost, and lightweight long life copper stave is presented. The new design scheme is different from the original design. The cooling channel is arranged in the middle of Cu rib and Cu slab (ie in the stave body outside the grooves), and cooling channel, Cu rib and groove are parallel.The stave is set horizontally in the BF. The new stave is characterized by a thickness of 95 mm body thinner than a normal copper stave, and the cooling capacity is the same as the cast copper stave. Its cost is about 30% lower than the cast copper stave and its working volume is greater than that of normal copper stave. The research result will provide a theoretical basis for developing new copper cooling staves.
