研究了芳香族聚碳酸酯(PC)/聚乳酸(PLA)共混体系在催化荆作用下的反应性熔融共混,考察了催化剂对PC/PLA熔融反应的影响.根据共混体系扭矩变化、共混产物特性黏数和分子量分析、红外和核磁分析,发现催化剂能催化PC/PLA熔融共混体系两相之问的酯交换反应.扫描电镜照片表明,反应过程中PC-PLA共聚物的形成增加了两者的相容性.

The reactive melt blending of polycarbonate (PC) with polylactic acid (PLA) (80/20, mass ratio) in the presence of catalyst was performed in Haake for 15 min at 220 ℃. The effect of catalyst on melt blending of PC and PLA was investigated. According to the results of changes in equilibrium torque, intrinsic viscosity and molecular weight analysis, IR and ~1H-NMR analysis of blends, the catalyst could catalyze efficiently the transesterification between PC and PLA. The results of SEM photographs show the PC-PLA copolymers produced in the blending, which acted as compatibilizers, could improve the compatibility of PC/PLA blends.
