通过对壳聚糖进行交联和质子化,制备一种吸附剂。研究质子化交联壳聚糖颗粒投加量、初始氨基黑10质量浓度、吸附时间、温度等对吸附脱色效果的影响。在吸附剂质量浓度为4.2g/L条件下,当氨基黑10B初始质量浓度低于40mg/L时,吸附率可以维持在85%以上,外加阴离子对氨基黑10B的吸附脱色有抑制作用。氨基黑10B在质子化交联壳聚糖上的吸附符合Langmuir等温模型。静电吸引力是氨基黑10B吸附的主要驱动力。
An adsorbent was prepared with protonated cross-linked chitosan. The factors affecting the adsorption including adsorbent dosage, initial amido black 1013 concentration and adsorption time were investigated. Under the condition of the adsorbent concentration of 4.2g/L, the adsorption efficiency was higher than 85~ when the amido black 1013 concentration was lower than 40mg/L. Extra anions can inhibit the adsorption of amido black 10B onto protonated cross-linked chitosan. The isotherm absorption equilibrium conformed to the Langmuir model. Electrostatic attraction was"the main driving force for the adsorption of amido black 10B.
