使用不同于传统的合成方法原位合成法在油性介质中直接合成出了油溶性的纳米颗粒.将自制的有机镍盐以分子级水平溶解于基础油之中,在常温条件下通过气液反应进行原位合成油酸修饰NiS纳米颗粒.研究表明,该方法所制备的纳米颗粒具有较好的油溶性,久置不会发生团聚和沉淀,同时可以与基础油比任意比例混合,这很好解决了增强纳米颗粒的油溶性的问题.红外光谱分析表明油酸在NiS表面发生了化学吸附,并非简单的物理吸附,-COOH的特征吸收峰明显消失.摩擦学性能研究表明所合成的纳米颗粒可以较好地提高润滑油的抗磨减摩性,在添加浓度为0.3%(质量分数)时摩擦系数和磨斑直径均达到最小,此时的抗磨减摩性能达到最佳.
