评述了高速钢及半高速钢轧辊的发展过程、性能特点、显微组织、制造工艺及发展趋势.高速钢及半高速钢轧辊多制成铸造复合辊,已在带钢热轧机上得到广泛应用,目前已开始用于带钢冷轧机,具有较高的耐磨性和热稳定性,淬硬层深,使用寿命长,可减少换辊次数,提高轧机效率.
