根据棒材生产线上的现场数据,对GCr15轴承钢在圆-椭圆-圆孔型轧制后的横截面积进行了计算和验证,并引入轧制速度对宽展的影响,对现有模型中的宽展修正系数进行了优化,使轧后横截面积的计算值与实际值误差在±3%以内,说明模型具有较高的精度,可以为轧制GCr15轴承钢时的孔型设计和轧制工艺设定提供参考。

The cross-sectional areas of workpiece for GCr15 bearing steel in round-oval-round pass sequence have been investigated according to the industrial data from a hot bar rolling mill. The correction coefficient of spread in groove in the cross-sectional area model has been optimized by adopting the influence factor of rolling speed on spread. Deviations between the calculated pass elongation rates using the optimized analytical model and the actual values are less than ±3% which indicates the modified model can be used as a meaningful reference for the roll pass design and process control of hot bar rolling production of GCr15 bearing steel.
