利用光学显微镜、扫描电镜以及能谱仪并结合热稳定性试验,对SDCM3和SDCM4热作模具钢在热稳定性试验前后的微观组织进行研究,采用自约束热疲劳试验方法研究了两种钢的热疲劳性能。结果表明:与SDCM4钢相比,SDCM3钢具有更优良的热稳定性和抗热疲劳性能。

The microstructure of SIX2M3 and SDCM4 steels before and after the thermal stability test was studied using optical microscopy, scanning electron microscopy and energy dispersive spectroscopy. A comparative study on the thermal fatigue preperty of SDCM3 and SDCM4 steels was performed by the self-restricting test method. The results show that SDCM3 steel had better thermal-stability and resistance to thermal fatigue compared with SDCM4 steel.
