采用有限元方法,对某钢厂的重轨钢大方坯连铸机的凝固过程温度场分布情况、坯壳生长规律和凝固率进行了模拟研究。根据末端电磁搅拌对凝固率的要求,为该钢厂重轨钢大方坯连铸机的末端电磁搅拌位置和相应连铸工艺参数的确定提供了理论依据。根据模拟结果,确定在距弯月面11.6m处安装末端电磁搅拌器,同时通过射钉试验和末端电磁搅拌生产试验证明在该位置安装末端电磁搅拌器是合适的。

The finite element method (FEM) model was established to predict the temperature field,shell growth and solid fraction of the heavy rail bloom caster. The theory basis for position determination of final electromagnetic stirrer (F-EMS) and the corresponding continuous casting process parameters was defined. According to the simulation results, the installation position of F-EMS is 11.6m from meniscus which was proved appropriate by pin-shooting experiment and F-EMS practice.
