利用X射线衍射,SEM和TEM研究了Mo-Si(原子比为1:2)混合粉末在不同球磨条件下的机械合金化过程.Mo/Si相变与球磨强度密切相关,高能球磨有利于稳定相α-MoSi_2的形成,而低能球磨有利于亚稳相β-MoSi_2的形成。对不同球磨条件下的相变动力学和热力学进行了讨论.

The mechanical alloying of Mo-Si powder mixture with atomic ratio of 1:2 under different milling conditions has been studied by means of X-ray diffractometry (XRD), SEM and TEM. It is found that the higher energy milling favours the formation of stable α-MoSi_2, while the lower energy milling promotes the formation of metastable β-MoSi2. Thermodynamics and kinetics aspects related to the different phase transformations have been discussed.
