以K2O-Al2O3-SiO2系统相图为依据确定合理的热处理制度,对预烧结处理样品进行二次煅烧;利用X-衍射分析仪、扫描电子显微镜、激光拉曼光谱分析仪对显微结构进行分析,用热膨胀分析仪对样品热膨胀系数进行测定.结果表明,采用预烧结法可在较低温度下制备出高质量的白榴石,白榴石与基质材料所组成的瓷粉热膨胀系数为(13~14)×10-6 /℃.
