酸解罐是硫酸法钛白粉生产中的关键设备之一,在使用过程中,旧酸解罐底部特别是压缩空气分布器附近的瓷砖容易受热不均匀和受冲刷作用经常垮塌。设备防腐蚀施工周期长、造价高,防腐蚀层损坏将严重影响正常生产。通过与传统防腐蚀方案对比,对选择的材料进行分析,结合我厂酸解罐多年使用、维护情况,为132 m3新酸解罐选择了一种耐用、经济的防腐蚀工艺:用4 mm自硫化丁基橡胶作隔离层,用2层65 mm厚的耐酸耐温瓷砖和KP-I型胶泥砌作衬里层。经应用具有很好的使用效果。

Acidolysis tank is one of the key equipment in sulfuric acid method of white titanium production.In the course of using,the bottom of the old acidolysis tank,especially the ceramic tiles of compressed air distributor,often collapse easily because of uneven heating and flushing effect.Anticorrosion construction period of the equipment is long and of high cost,so if anticorrosion coating is damaged,the normal production will be affected seriously.After comparing with traditional anticorrosion scheme,analyzing the choosed materials,combining with the experience in years of use and maintenance of plant acidolysis tank,a durable and economical anti-corrosion technology was used for a 132 m3 new acidolysis tank.That is using 4 mm vulcanized butyl rubber as isolation layer,two layers of 65 mm thick of acid-resistant,heat-resistant ceramic tile and KP-type I cement as lining layer.The application has good using effect.
