钛制辊式电极是铜箔制造设备中的重要元件,其成品精度、导电性能、加工工艺与最终生产的铜箔产品质量紧密相关.汇总分析了制造经验及用户意见,对钛制辊式电极的结构及制造工艺进行优化改进.通过对塑料环结构、静平衡架结构、配重盒工艺、钛筒校圆方法进行改进,解决了塑料环老化导致的O型圈槽变大的问题,以及静平衡试验结果不准确的问题,还提出了更便捷的钛筒校圆方法.
Titanium cathode drum is the important component of copper foil manufacturing equipment,the product accuracy,electrical conductivity and processing technology of titanium cathode drum are closely related to copper foil quality. The manufacturing experiences and customer opinions were summarized and analyzed,and suggestions for improvement of titanium cathode drum structures were made in this article. By improving the plastic ring structure, static balance frame structure,weight box process and titanium cylinder roundness correcting method,the problems of O ring groove larging due to the plastic ring aging and inaccuracy in static equilibrium test are solved. And a more convenient method of titanium cylinder roundness correcting method is put forward.
