利用内氧化法制备出Al2O3弥散强化铜复合材料,通过场发射扫描电子显微镜(FE-SEM)结合X射线衍射等手段,对材料组织结构和性能进行了研究.结果表明:γ-Al2O3弥散相粒子在基体内均匀分布,尺寸约6 nm,间距30~50 nm;挤压态棒材(φ25 mm)经99.8%变形量冷拉拔后,呈现均匀、连续的纤维组织,纤维长宽比大于20,抗拉强度达680 MPa;挤压态棒材的电导率87%IACS,软化温度850℃.
Al2O3 dispersion-strengthened copper composites were manufactured by internal oxidation method.Microstructure and properties of the composites were studied by means of field emission scanning electron microscopy(FE-SEM)and XRD.The results show that γ-Al2O3 particles are homogeneously distributed in matrix grains.Diameter of the particles is about 6 nm,and distance between these particles is 30-50 nm.The uniform and continuous fibrous structure for which the ratio of the fiber length to its width is larger than 20 forms for the hot-extruded composites after cold drawing with 99.8% reduction.Tensile strength and softening temperature of the cold drawn Al2O3-Cu composite are 680 MPa and 850℃,respectively,and electrical conductivity of the hot extruded composite is 87%.
