将原料粉体按TiC:Ti:Al:C=0.5:1.5:1:0.5的配比充分混合,在石墨模具中加压到30 MPa,升温至1400℃保温2 h后自然冷却到室温,得到高纯致密的Ti2AlC烧结体.用电化学方法测定了高纯Ti2AlC在不同腐蚀介质中的极化曲线.结果表明,Ti2AlC在HCl中的腐蚀电流密度最大,腐蚀严重;而在NaOH中自腐蚀电压最负,腐蚀趋势最大;除了在HCl中表现为活性溶解外,在其它的腐蚀介质中均出现钝化现象.
