机械化学法合成的复合材料具有许多优异性能.为此,采用机械化学法合成聚苯胺和蒙脱石纳米复合材料(PANI/MMT),采用X射线衍射仪(XRD)分析了纳米复合材料的层间情况,采用傅里叶变换红外光谱(FT-IR)和紫外可见光谱(UV-VIS)分析纳米复合材料的组成,采用扫描电镜(SEM)对纳米复合材料的微观结构进行表征,采用极化曲线和电化学阻抗谱技术分析了以其与环氧树脂E571制备的纳米复合材料的防腐蚀性能.结果表明:机械化学法可以成功制备PANI/MMT纳米复合材料;聚苯胺成功插入到了蒙脱石的层间,采用机械化学法制备的PANI/MMT纳米复合材料对Q235碳钢具有优异的防腐蚀作用.
