现代工业的发展需要生产出更高纯度的钼粉,为此在钼粉还原生产中采用纯钼板制成的料舟以避免钼粉受到污染;然而纯钼料舟常常因破裂失效而增加了生产成本。从料舟的使用工况入手,分析环境气氛、热应力对料舟的影响;对不同服役时间的料舟取样,测试料舟材料的硬度及抗弯强度,并观察相应的金相组织。结果表明,料舟失效的主要原因是料舟服役温度超过了纯钼的再结晶温度,长期的高温使用使制作料舟的轧制钼板的致密纤维组织转变为粗大的等轴晶组织,材料出现脆化(再结晶脆性)。基于料舟的失效分析,对钼粉生产中料舟材料的选择提出建议。
The development of modern industry needs molybdenum powder with higher purity,therefore,the vessel made of pure molybdenum sheet will be used in the production process of molybdenum powder to avoid contaminating. However,the rupture failure of pure molybdenum vessel often occurs and increases the cost of production. According to the working conditions of the vessel,the effects of environment atmosphere and thermal stress on molybdenum vessel were analyzed. The vessel with different service time was sampled,hardness and bending strength were tested,and the corresponding microstructure was observed. The results show that the main cause of vessel failure is that the fibrous grain of as-rolled state develops into coarse equiaxed grain due to long-term service above the recrystallization temperature of pure molybdenum,which results in embrittlement(brittleness due to recrystallization). Based on the failure analysis,the suggestions about suitable vessel materials used in molybdenum powder production are put forward.
