热轧带钢生产检验中出现表面开裂现象，对有裂纹的钢进行化学成分、低倍、金相组织和夹杂物分析，探讨了热轧带钢出现表面开裂的原因，提出了相应的措施。
Some cracks on the surface of hot rolled strip were detected. The steel with these cracks were analyzed by the means of chemical composition, macrostructure, microstructure and inclusion. Various causes of surface crack were explored. The corresponding measures were proposed.
