结合工厂生产研究了弱脱氧条件下w([Al])<0.005%,16MnR钢水快速脱硫工艺。研究表明弱脱氧钢水采用大渣量出钢渣洗和强搅拌LF精炼工艺可以实现快速脱硫。转炉出钢渣洗脱硫率分布在14.8%~59.1%,平均为35.7%;经过LF精炼,钢水硫含量全部符合钢种要求,其中w([S])<0.015%的炉次占77%。成品硫质量分数分布在0.006%~0.016%,平均硫质量分数达到0.011%。

The fast desulphurization process for the softkilled molten steel 16MnR with acidsoluble aluminum less than 0.005% was researched with steel plant practice.The results indicated that the softkilled molten steel can be quickly desulphurized with strong slag infiltration during LD tapping and strong stirring in ladle furnace refining. The desulphurization rate by slag infiltration during LD tapping was from 14.8% to 59.1%,with an average level of 35.7%. The rate of heats with S content less than 0.015% reached 77%. The sulphur content of all heats was from 0.006% to 0.016%,with an average of 0.011% after LF refining.
