研究了不同电流强度的直流电场对Al-5Fe基合金组织和性能的影响。结果表明:在直流电场作用下,Al-5Fe基合金的凝固组织经历了细化过程,随着电流强度的增加,组织细化显著,初生富铁相的形状由粗大的针片状转变为细小的针片状、花朵状、块状,合金的硬度、耐磨性逐渐增加,其中电流强度为4A时效果最明显。
The effect of DC electric field with different current intensity on the microstructure and properties of Al-5Fe based alloy was studied. Results show that the solidification structure of Al-5Fe based alloy is refined under direct current. The structure fining becomes more significant with the increase of current intensity. The shapes of primary iron rich phases change from bulky needle flake into small needle flake,flower and block. The alloy’s hardness and wear resistance increase gradually,and the most significant effect can be achieved at the current intensity of 4 A.
