预埋微胶囊法是实现复合材料自修复方法的一种,也是目前复合材料修复领域的研究热点之一.迄今为止,有多种基于微胶囊技术的自修复系统的复合材料的报道.尽管微胶囊的加入使得复合材料可以实现自修复并有增韧功能,但也使材料的拉伸断裂强度、弹性模量等下降,限制了其应用.讨论了实现自修复微胶囊技术存在的问题,即胶囊耐热性差、胶囊分散性差、界面粘接强度低等,综述了文献中用到的解决方法,总结了不同力学测试手段的自修复效率的表征方法,对微胶囊自修复复合材料的应用有一定的借鉴和指导意义.
