在塑料共注射成型中,芯/壳层材料分布是衡量制品质量的主要指标,当芯层熔体前沿突破壳层熔体前沿时形成前端突破,前端突破是导致废品的主要原因.成型过程中芯/壳层材料黏度比是影响材料充填和最终分布的最主要的因素.文中采用计算机辅助工程(CAE)软件对不同的芯/壳层材料组合进行共注射模拟分析,研究了不同的芯/壳层材料黏度比对充填过程中芯层熔体和壳层熔体前沿推进距离的影响,获得了芯/壳层材料黏度比对共注射成型过程中芯/壳层前沿距离演化的影响规律.

The core/skin material distribution is the main quality index in co-injection molding, when core melt front brcakthrough skin melt front, front breakthrough will form. Front breakthrough is the main cause of waste products. The core/skin melt viscosity ratio is the most vital factor influencing the filling and material distribution in co-injection molding. The co-injection simulations under different core/skin material combination were conducted to investigate the influence of core/skin viscosity ratio on the advancement of the skin and core melt front using computer aided engineering (CAE) software. The effect rules of core/skin melt viscosity ratio on the evolution of the core/skin melt front distance in co-injection molding were obtained.
