以低相对分子质量环氧树脂、双酚A和柔性链羧酸为原料采用两步法合成一种用于粉末涂料的韧性固化剂.用傅里叶红外光谱和凝胶渗透色谱对产物结构进行表征,测试粉末涂料的凝胶时间和力学性能,采用差示扫描量热分析研究涂料体系的固化动力学.结果表明,柔性链羧酸成功接入到固化剂中,合成的固化剂羟基值为0.55 mol/100g~ 0.65mol/100g,软化点为90℃~98℃时;180℃凝胶时间为21 s,冲击韧性为50 kg·cm,附着力为0级.固化体系的表观活化能(Ea)为76.83 kJ/mol,反应级数(n)为0.92.
