目的:增强环氧富锌涂层的韧性。方法利用末端带有环氧基的聚氨酯作为增韧剂,将其添加到环氧富锌涂料中,研究增韧剂的种类、添加量对富锌漆膜性能的影响,同时研究锌粉含量对漆膜性能的影响。结果增韧剂的添加提高了富锌漆膜的附着力、柔韧性和耐冲击性能,但使漆膜的耐水、耐盐雾性能稍微下降。结论当添加占树脂质量15%的聚氨酯时,含78%~85%锌粉(质量分数)的富锌涂层都能保持良好的力学性能。
Objective To improve the toughness of epoxy zinc-rich coatings. Methods Polyurethane toughening agent with ter-minal epoxy group was synthesized and added into the coating. The influence of the toughening agent with different types and con-tents on the properties of zinc-rich coating was investigated. The influence of the Zn content on the coating was also studied. Re-sults The results showed that the toughening agent improved the adhesion force, flexibility and shock resistance of the zinc-rich coating, however, the properties of water resistance and salt spray test were slightly decreased. Conclusion When the content of polyurethane was set at 15%, the coating exhibited the best properties. The coatings with contents of zinc and polyurethane of 78%~85% and 15% exhibited excellent mechanical properties.
